Valmeccanica was founded at Cuorgnè in 1969 as a machining unit for vehicle components; in 1986 all departments were moved to the new plant at Torre Canavese, that is still Valmeccanica centre.

The company objectives for continuous improvement included the Certification with automotive standards, the increase of machining capacity with state of art equipment and manufacturing lines automation.
